A shocking report released by the Integrated Food Security Phase Classification (IPC) has revealed that 70% of people in northern Gaza are facing catastrophic hunger. The European Union’s top diplomat has condemned the manmade famine in Gaza, stating that starvation is being used as a weapon of war.
