Dennis was born in West Chester to John and Mary Bernardini. He grew up in a loving home with his siblings, where he developed a strong work ethic and a deep sense of compassion for others. Dennis attended West Chester High School, where he excelled both academically and athletically. He was a star athlete on the football team and led his team to victory in many games.

After graduating from high school, Dennis went on to attend West Chester University, where he studied business and graduated at the top of his class.
