Driver Electrocuted While Washing Truck in Indore
A tragic incident occurred in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, as a 35-year-old driver lost his life due to electrocution while washing a truck. The incident took place near CAT Road in the Rajendra police station area on Friday. Despite being rushed to the hospital, the victim, identified as Uday Mujalde, could not be saved.
According to the police, Uday, a resident of Khandwa, was living on rent in Shriram Colony. His brother-in-law, Rajanayak, revealed that Uday had a day off on Thursday because of the new moon. Hence, he decided to wash his employer’s truck at their godown. Unfortunately, it was during this task that he received a fatal electric shock.
Uday leaves behind his wife and three children, who are now mourning the loss. Rajanayak alleged that Uday’s employer failed to take him to the hospital after the incident and has been untraceable since then. This negligence has raised concerns, prompting the police to launch an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident. Additionally, a post-mortem examination was conducted to gather more information.
B-pharma Student Electrocuted in Indore
In another shocking turn of events, a 19-year-old B-pharma student from Indore lost his life after sustaining burn injuries from an electric shock. The incident occurred on February 4 in the Tejaji Nagar area around 7 pm. Yashraj Solanki, the deceased, was attempting to retrieve a flag from an upper floor using an iron rod when it came into contact with a high-tension electric line.

Yashraj, who hailed from Khandwa, was residing in Tejaji Nagar with his friends while pursuing his first year of B-pharmacy in a city college. He was the only son of his parents and had two sisters. His father works as a farmer. The police have initiated an investigation to uncover the details surrounding the incident.
These unfortunate incidents serve as a reminder of the importance of electrical safety and the need for employers and individuals to prioritize preventive measures.
