In a dramatic turn of events, two-year-old Lucialyn Aflleje has been located and is alive. The Guam police Department announced this breakthrough at 5:19 p.m. on February 11, 2024. The suspect believed to have taken her, Eugene Wayne Tudela Huffman, is now in police custody. However, further details about the girl’s condition and any potential injuries remain undisclosed at this time. Police spokeswoman Berlyn Savella has stated that additional assessments on Lucialyn and the ongoing investigation are underway.
Earlier today, an AMBER Alert was issued by the Guam Police Department for the missing two-year-old. Lucialyn was last seen on February 11, 2024, at approximately 10:05 a.m. in the village of Dededo, along Chalan Kareta Street. The authorities believe she was in immediate danger.
The person of interest in this case has been identified as Eugene Wayne Tudela Huffman, pictured on the right. Huffman was seen leaving the area in a 2017 White Mitsubishi Lancer with license plate number 955 DP. He was described as wearing black and white striped basketball shorts and no shirt. The current whereabouts of Huffman remain unknown, emphasizing the urgent need to find Lucialyn as soon as possible.
Investigations have revealed that Lucialyn was taken from her residence after a physical altercation between Huffman and a female victim, who happens to be Lucialyn’s mother. It is important to note that there is no known relationship between Lucialyn and Huffman.

Lucialyn is described as approximately 3 feet tall, with curly hair, a dark complexion, and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a turquoise sheer tank top with a white shirt underneath, pampers, turquoise rubber shoes (Crocs) with a pink strap, and had purple painted finger and toenails. No scars or birth markings have been reported.
The Guam Police Department has activated the Domestic Assault Response Team and deployed personnel from the Special Operations Division to aid in the search. An All Points Bulletin has been issued to all precincts and law enforcement entities.
