CINCINNATI — A man has been rushed to the hospital after a terrifying incident in Corryville on Sunday morning. According to Cincinnati police, the man was shot while inside his vehicle and subsequently crashed it.

Shooting and Crash in Corryville
The incident took place on Kemper Road, near the library and a laundromat. The victim, a 39-year-old Black man, was driving when he was shot. In a state of shock and panic, he continued driving onto Taft Road, where he eventually crashed and flipped his car.
Quick Police Response
Fortunately, an officer was in the vicinity at the time of the crash and promptly responded to the scene. The officer immediately called for paramedics and tried to extricate the injured man from the overturned vehicle.
Extent of Injuries Unknown
The victim was quickly transported to the hospital for treatment. However, the police have not provided any information about the severity of his injuries. As of now, the man’s condition remains unknown.
Taft Road Closed for Investigation
Due to the ongoing investigation, Taft Road has been closed from Highland to Burnett Streets as police work to gather evidence and determine the circumstances surrounding the shooting and subsequent crash.
