A man accused of slashing all four tires of Mayor Domenic Sarno’s vehicle is set to face arraignment on Monday, facing charges of burglary and destruction of property. The suspect, identified as 55-year-old Steven Kostorizos, was apprehended on Friday afternoon after city surveillance cameras and eyewitnesses helped track him down.
