AVON LAKE, Ohio — A tragic incident occurred on Thursday night in Avon Lake, Ohio, resulting in the death of a 36-year-old man. Colin Blayney, a resident of Avon Lake, lost his life in a one-vehicle crash along US 6 (Lake Road) near Vineyard Road.

According to reports from the Ohio State Highway Patrol, the accident took place around 9:09 p.m. The vehicle involved was a 2005 Mercedes-Benz E320, which veered off the right side of the road and collided with two utility poles.
