Four People Injured in Multi-Vehicle Pile-up in Greater Noida Due to Dense Fog
NOIDA: In a distressing incident, four individuals sustained injuries in a multi-vehicle pile-up in Greater Noida on Tuesday morning. According to the police, the accident occurred in the Dadri police station area around 8.45 am, amidst dense fog.

The collision took place when a canter truck collided with another truck while making a left turn after crossing an underpass. This collision triggered a chain reaction, involving 10 more vehicles, resulting in a pile-up.
Confirming the incident, a police spokesperson stated that four people were injured in the accident. The injured individuals have been identified as Kailash Prashant, Apoorv Parmar, Keshav Singh, and Mohan Swaroop. Prashant, Parmar, and Singh were discharged after receiving first aid at the community health centre (CHC) in Dadri. However, Swaroop is currently undergoing treatment at the CHC.
Although the accident briefly disrupted traffic on the road, the damaged vehicles were swiftly removed, and the route was cleared for normal vehicle movement, as reported by the police.
The incident serves as a reminder of the dangers posed by dense fog during the winter season. It is crucial for drivers to exercise caution and follow safety measures while driving in such weather conditions.
