Parking Dispute Turns Violent, Leaving Four Dead in Aurangabad District

AURANGABAD: A parking dispute in Bihar’s Aurangabad district took a deadly turn on Monday, resulting in four fatalities, including an innocent bystander, and leaving two others critically injured.

According to Aurangabad SP Swapna Ji Meshram, the incident occurred in the Nabinagar area when a group of individuals from Palamu in neighboring Jharkhand parked their car in front of a local shop. The shopkeeper objected, leading to an altercation. In the midst of the argument, one of the individuals fired a shot at the shopkeeper but missed, hitting a bystander named Ramsharan Chauhan (65) instead. Tragically, Chauhan succumbed to his injuries.

Enraged by the incident, the villagers took matters into their own hands. They dragged the individuals out of their car and subjected them to a severe beating. Two of them died on the spot, while one passed away in the hospital hours later. The identities of the deceased have not yet been established, and the two critically injured individuals are currently unable to communicate.

This horrifying incident highlights the dangerous consequences that can arise from seemingly trivial disputes. What began as a minor disagreement over parking quickly escalated into a violent confrontation, resulting in loss of life and serious injuries.
