In a recent online poll, nearly 1,800 gay Korean men shared their favorite male celebrities from the second half of 2023. The nominees ranged from K-Pop idols to actors and athletes, making it an exciting and diverse list. What’s even more surprising is that there wasn’t a single celebrity who ranked considerably higher than the rest. Let’s take a look at the top 10 male celebrities chosen by these individuals and how their rankings compared to the first half of 2023.

At number 10, we have Mingyu from SEVENTEEN. With 29 votes (or 1.62% of the total), he secured the 10th spot. What’s interesting is that he moved up three spots from his previous ranking of 13 in the first half of the year.

Ha Seok Jin takes the 9th position with 34 votes (or 1.90% of the total). This is a significant improvement from his previous ranking of 21, as he moved up 12 spots for the latter half of 2023.

In 8th place, we have Han Yujin from ZEROBASEONE. With 36 votes (or 2.01% of the total), he didn’t have a ranking in the first half of the year. It’s great to see new faces making their mark!

Cha Eunwoo from ASTRO grabs the 7th spot with 37 votes (or 2.07% of the total). Surprisingly, he moved down five spots from his previous ranking of 2 in the first half of 2023.

Lim Sung Jin secures the 6th place with 38 votes (or 2.16% of the total). Interestingly, he maintained his ranking of 6 from the first half of the year.

Wi Ha Joon and Lee Jin Wook tie for the 5th position, both earning 39 votes (or 2.18% of the total). Ha Joon moved up an impressive 13 spots from his previous ranking of 18, while Jin Wook moved up two spots from his previous ranking of 7.

An Chang Rim takes the 4th place with 41 votes (or 2.29% of the total). He moved up one spot from his previous ranking of 5.

Lee Joon Hyuk secures the 3rd spot with 43 votes (or 2.40% of the total). This is a significant improvement from his previous ranking of 16, as he moved up 13 spots.

Nam Joo Hyuk grabs the 2nd position with 49 votes (or 2.74% of the total). Similar to his fellow celebrities, he moved up two spots from his previous ranking of 4.

Finally, we have a tie for the 1st place between Son Suk Ku and Jung Hae In, both earning 52 votes (or 2.91% of the total). Suk Ku maintained his position at the top from the first half of 2023, while Hae In moved up two spots from his previous ranking of 3.
