Leon also shared photos of their transition journey, spanning six years, to show the evolution of their style, body, and overall personality. In the pictures, Leon humorously noted their consistent choice of Birkenstock sandals.

However, Leon’s relationship with their father, Kody, has become strained due to their transition. In August 2023, sources revealed that Kody did not support Leon’s transition and was “disgusted” by it. This has caused a divide between Kody and Meri, as she has chosen to prioritize her relationship with Leon over her relationship with Kody.
