Cecil Yahtin Identified as Deceased Victim in Hazelwood Homicide: Arrest Made

Police in Portland, Oregon responded to a report of a stabbing on Tuesday and discovered a deceased man. The victim has been identified as Cecil Yahtin, a 32-year-old resident of Portland. The medical examiner determined that Yahtin died as a result of gunshot and stab wounds. The police have notified the family of Yahtin’s death and have asked for privacy.

The following day, the suspect, Jarrod Leo Yahtin-Cloud, was apprehended near SE Stark and SE 128th Ave.
