Tristen Villanueva and Gilbert Murillo Arrested in Connection with Shooting of 6-Year-Old in Mountain View – Gang Members Charged with Robbery and Assault

Four alleged gang members have been arrested in connection with a robbery and shooting incident involving a 6-year-old boy in Mountain View, California. The robbery took place at a 7-Eleven on Latham Street, where a necklace was stolen. Later that same day, a shooting occurred on Clark Avenue, resulting in the young boy’s injury.

Over the course of a two-week investigation, law enforcement officers were able to identify four individuals believed to be connected to both the robbery and the shooting. On Wednesday, search and arrest warrants were executed for the suspects: 18-year-old Tristen Villanueva and 20-year-old Gilbert Murillo, both from Mountain View, and two juveniles.
