One person has died and another has been hospitalized after a single-vehicle crash in Fostoria, Ohio. The incident occurred on Tuesday night when the driver of a pickup truck lost control and crashed into ProMedica Fostoria Community Hospital on Van Buren Street. The driver, identified as a male, was transported to a Toledo hospital by air ambulance following the crash. Unfortunately, the driver’s passenger, a female, did not survive the accident.
