Man Identified as Bryson Walton Fatally Shot at Primos Food Store in Houston

HOUSTON (KIAH) — A man was fatally shot while sitting in his parked car outside a store in northwest Harris County. The incident occurred at Primos Food Store, located at 14180 Highway 249, near Old Bammel North Houston.

The victim, identified as 28-year-old Bryson Walton, was shot by an unknown suspect around 6:15 p.m. on Sunday evening. Witnesses reported seeing Walton arguing with another Black man in the store’s parking lot before he returned to his car and was shot.

Authorities have not determined the cause of the argument or if the victim and suspect were acquainted. Investigators from the Harris County Sheriff’s Office Homicide and Crime Scene Units are currently conducting an investigation into the incident.
