Moore, a 34-year-old resident of Champaign, Illinois, as the victim of a fatal shooting that occurred on Friday, December 8, 2023, in Urbana. The incident took place in the 2000 block of Vawter Street, and Mr. Moore was pronounced dead at the Carle Foundation Hospital due to multiple gunshot wounds.
