We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of our dear friend and colleague, Paul Francis Winslow. Paul was a valued member of our team, and his loss has left a void in our hearts. We extend our heartfelt condolences to his family and loved ones during this difficult time.
Services to honor Paul’s life will be held at Kutis Affton Chapel, located at 10151 Gravois Road in St. Louis, Missouri. The service will take place on Wednesday, December 13th at 10:00 AM. We encourage all those who knew and loved Paul to join us in paying our respects and celebrating his life.

Unfortunately, the cause of Paul’s death is currently unknown. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family as they navigate through this devastating loss. We ask for privacy and respect during this time of mourning.
Paul was an integral part of the STL Labor Council, and his dedication and hard work will be greatly missed. He made significant contributions to our organization and the labor community as a whole. His legacy will continue to inspire and guide us in our future endeavors.

His kindness, compassion, and sense of humor brightened our days and created a positive working environment. He was a true friend and a supportive colleague, always willing to lend a helping hand.
