On December 5, police received a call from Medina’s home at Cottonwood Apartments at around 7 p.m. She was found unresponsive and was later pronounced dead. Multiple outlets have reported that she was discovered in her bathtub. The cause of Medina’s death has not yet been disclosed publicly.
