Two people were found dead in their residence in Egg Harbor Township on Saturday morning. The Egg Harbor Police Department received a distressing call at 2909 Fire Road and arrived at the scene at around 8:25 a.m. The unresponsive individuals were identified as Thai Tran, 28, and Viet Tran, 53, both residents of the address.
Despite the prompt response by officers and the arrival of a nurse practitioner, both individuals were pronounced dead at the scene. The bodies have been taken by the South Regional Medical Examiner’s Office for autopsies, which will determine the cause and manner of death.
