CCTV footage has emerged showing the prime suspects in the murder of Karni Sena chief Sukhdev Singh Gogamedi at a railway station in Haryana, India. Nitin Fauji and Rohit Rathore were captured on camera at Rewari railway station on December 6, just a day after they allegedly shot Gogamedi at his residence in Jaipur.

Sources have revealed that the suspects traveled from Rewari to Hisar, where they were joined by an accomplice named Udham. Udham was responsible for taking them to Kullu in Himachal Pradesh and finding them a safe hiding place. However, upon learning that the police were searching for them, the trio returned to Chandigarh instead of going to Kullu as planned. Reports suggest that they were arrested while at a liquor shop, consuming alcohol and plotting their next move.

The two accused assailants were brought to the Crime Branch office in Delhi on Sunday, December 10. The Delhi Police, in collaboration with the Rajasthan Police, detained three individuals, including Fauji and Rathore, in Chandigarh during an early morning operation.

Meanwhile, Ramveer Singh, a resident of Mahendragarh, Haryana, was arrested by the Jaipur police on Saturday, December 9, in connection with Gogamedi’s murder. Gogamedi was shot dead by three assailants, including Fauji and Rathore, at his residence in Jaipur on December 5. During the incident, a third assailant named Naveen Shekhawat was killed in an exchange of fire with the police, while one of Gogamedi’s security guards was injured.

It should be noted that Fauji and his associates had previously attacked uniformed personnel at Mahendragarh Police Station Sadar on November 9 before escaping.

The investigation into Gogamedi’s murder is still ongoing, with authorities working to determine the motive behind the crime and whether there are any additional accomplices involved.
