Ludhiana: The prime accused in an alleged fake recruitment racket that targeted aspiring Punjab police candidates has been arrested by the Malerkotla Police. Gurlal Singh Golu, hailing from Panjoli Kalan village in Fatehgarh Sahib, was apprehended on Saturday following complaints filed by two victims. The accused had managed to evade arrest by frequently changing locations, but was eventually caught in village Panjoli, Fatehgarh Sahib, where he was working under a false identity.
