Woman Arrested and Charged in Chicago Shooting Incident
A 23-year-old woman, Deja Collins, has been arrested and charged in connection with a shooting incident that occurred in the Homan Square neighborhood of Chicago last month. The incident resulted in the death of one man, while three women sustained injuries.

Collins was apprehended by Chicago police officers on Thursday in the 4300 block of West Wilcox Street. She is facing multiple charges, including first-degree murder, attempted first-degree murder, and aggravated battery with discharge of a firearm.
According to authorities, Collins was identified as the perpetrator who opened fire on the evening of November 29 in the 3600 block of West Flournoy Street. The victims, who were involved in a quarrel, were shot by someone known to them.
A 22-year-old man was critically wounded and later succumbed to his injuries at Mount Sinai Hospital. The three women, aged 31, 24, and 21, sustained non-life-threatening injuries. They were treated at the same hospital and are currently in stable condition.
