Bihar Nawada Stabbing : 20-year-old Rahul Kumar stabbed to death 30 times in gruesome roadside attack captured on CCTV in Bihar’s Nawada

A horrifying CCTV video has emerged showing a man being brutally stabbed 30 times with a knife on a roadside in Bihar’s Nawada. The victim, identified as 20-year-old Rahul Kumar, tragically lost his life. Police have registered a case and are making efforts to apprehend the culprit, according to India Today TV.

Rahul, who was studying in Varanasi, had returned to his hometown for the Chhath Puja celebrations. The CCTV footage reveals that the attacker first threw red chilli powder into Rahul’s eyes before mercilessly stabbing him with a knife. Shockingly, the incident took place in broad daylight, while pedestrians and vehicles passed by, seemingly oblivious to the gruesome crime.

In the absence of a police vehicle or an ambulance, authorities arranged for an e-rickshaw to transport Rahul’s body. Meanwhile, the police are examining nearby CCTV cameras to identify the assailant, described as a middle-aged man.

Deputy Superintendent of Nawada Police, Ajay Prasad, commented on the incident, stating that eyewitnesses had seen a 35 to 40-year-old unidentified person attacking Rahul with a knife. Rahul’s mother works as a jail employee in Munger. The police are conducting a thorough investigation and will take appropriate action once the suspect is identified.

According to Rahul’s family, he had received a phone call which led him to the location where the shocking incident occurred. The motive behind the attack remains unknown.

This gruesome incident has left the community in shock and highlights the need for increased security measures. The police must swiftly apprehend the culprit and ensure justice is served for Rahul Kumar and his grieving family.
