The attorney emphasized that if the necessary precautions had been taken, such as ensuring the vehicle was equipped with appropriate warning systems or maintaining existing equipment, Jackson would still be alive today.
The tragic incident has prompted an investigation by the Tennessee Occupational Safety and Health Administration (TOSHA) to determine the circumstances surrounding Jackson’s death and whether any safety violations occurred.
FedEx, a global courier delivery services company, has not yet released an official statement regarding the accident. However, the company is known for its commitment to safety and is expected to cooperate fully with TOSHA’s investigation.
