NEW YORK (WPIX) — Music mogul Sean Combs and two other men have been accused of gang-raping a teenager in New York City 20 years ago, according to a new lawsuit. The alleged victim, identified as Jane Doe, claims that she was brutally raped by Combs, Bad Boy Entertainment president Harve Pierre, and another unidentified man in Combs’ Manhattan studio in 2003 when she was 17.

According to court papers, Pierre met the teenager at a Detroit lounge where he allegedly forced her to perform a sex act on him in the bathroom. They then flew to New York City on a private jet. Combs, who was 34 at the time, convinced the girl to come to New York during a phone conversation.

Once they arrived at the studio, the teenager alleges that she was supplied with drugs and alcohol before being assaulted by Combs, the unidentified man, and then Pierre. Combs allegedly watched as the unidentified man raped the teenager while she pleaded for him to stop.

The lawsuit also claims that Pierre violently forced the teenager to perform a sex act, causing her to choke and struggle to breathe. When he was done, Pierre left her in pain on the studio’s bathroom floor.

After the attack, the teenager was flown back to Michigan. The lawsuit states that she has suffered extreme emotional distress over the past 20 years as a result of the incident.

This is not the first time Combs has been named in lawsuits concerning similar allegations. Last month, he stepped down as chairman of his cable television network Revolt after three women sued him for alleged sexual assault. Among them was R&B singer Cassie, who accused Combs of raping and abusing her for nearly a decade.

Two additional lawsuits have also been filed against Combs. In November, another alleged victim accused Combs and singer-songwriter Aaron Hall of taking turns raping her and a friend in New York City over three decades ago. Another lawsuit was filed by Joi Dickerson-Neal, who alleged that Combs drugged and sexually assaulted her while she was a student at Syracuse University in 1991.

Combs has denied all the allegations, stating that the women are out for money and trying to damage his reputation. The lawsuit seeks unspecified damages.
