HARTFORD, Conn. (WFSB) – A man, aged 58, died in a car accident on Rt. 2 on Wednesday night. The incident occurred when a Chevy Equinox veered off the road and crashed into a tree in East Hartford around 9:40 p.m. State police, who arrived at the scene, discovered the life-threatening injuries sustained by the middle-aged man, identified as Curtis Waters from Hartford. Unfortunately, he was pronounced dead at the crash site.
