According to the police, Shahana’s suicide note revealed her distress over financial difficulties. In an unrelated incident, a man was arrested in Chengannur after allegedly stabbing his wife to death. The victim, identified as Radha, was found lifeless at Ajay Bhawan in Paralassery. The police have initiated an investigation into the matter and registered a case against the husband, Sivankutty.
