FRESNO, Calif. (KGPE/KSEE) – Fresno Police Department has arrested the man responsible for a shooting that left two dead and two injured on Saturday. The incident occurred around 4 a.m. on East Olive Avenue, where a small gathering was taking place at an apartment complex.
Authorities responded to a ShotSpotter alert and found four men with gunshot wounds. The victims were immediately rushed to a local hospital, where two of them tragically succumbed to their injuries. The deceased victims have been identified as Antonio Arreola, 30, and Tim Allan May, 41. The two surviving victims are currently in stable condition.

The suspect, 33-year-old Tommy Siscinoi, was apprehended by the police on Tuesday in the Fresno and Van Ness area. The authorities have also obtained a search warrant for his residence. Siscinoi is expected to be booked into Fresno County Jail.
