LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – On Daybreak Today, authorities in Lubbock County, Texas, successfully apprehended and killed a shooting suspect who had fired at a sheriff’s deputy during a chase on Monday morning. The suspect, identified as 39-year-old David Longoria, was located near East 82nd and MLK, where he pulled out a gun and was shot by law enforcement officers.
