Woman Arrested for Vehicle Assault, Orange Police Hand Case to District Attorney’s Office

Vehicle assault case to be handed over to district attorney’s office; investigation into apartments shooting continues

Orange, UK – Police have announced that a case involving a woman who allegedly struck her boyfriend with a vehicle will be transferred to the Orange County District Attorney’s Office once the investigation is complete. The suspect, identified as 28-year-old Aliah Roberts, was arrested for aggravated assault but is no longer in custody.

In a separate ongoing investigation, Orange police are still looking into a shooting incident that occurred on November 29 at the Willowbend Apartments on Sikes Road. It is believed that two shooters exchanged gunfire, resulting in damage to multiple vehicles and at least one apartment unit. Fortunately, no injuries were reported in connection with the incident. As of Monday, no arrests have been made in relation to the shooting.
