Two People Killed in Lancaster County Crash Identified as Allen English and Grace English-Rohrer

Police have released the names of the two individuals who tragically lost their lives in a fatal collision in Lancaster County on December 1. The incident occurred on West 28th Division Highway (state Route 322) near the Lancaster-Lebanon county line in Penn Township, Lancaster County.

Authorities from the Northern Lancaster County Regional Police, along with Brickerville Volunteer Fire Co. No. 1 and Warwick EMS, were dispatched to the scene following reports of a vehicle accident with entrapment just before noon.

Upon arrival, law enforcement discovered that a two-vehicle crash had taken place. According to police, the driver of an Infinity had entered the oncoming lane of travel, resulting in a head-on collision with a Ford.

The Infinity’s driver, identified as 50-year-old Beth Fife from Dawkins Drive in East Earl Township, sustained injuries and was promptly transported to a local hospital for medical treatment. However, the specific nature of her injuries has not been disclosed by the police.

Tragically, the Ford, which was occupied by 84-year-old Allen English from West End Avenue in Lititz Borough and his daughter Grace English-Rohrer from Pine Drive in Lancaster, caught fire. Both occupants were unable to escape the vehicle and succumbed to the flames.

The authorities have informed the families of the victims involved in this devastating incident. The Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department’s collision investigation unit is currently conducting an investigation to determine the cause of the crash.
