Arkansas Sheriff’s Deputy Fatally Shoots Scottie Stacy After Attempted Traffic Stop

An Arkansas sheriff’s deputy shot and killed a man on Sunday evening after he fled from an attempted traffic stop, authorities have confirmed. The shooting took place in the northeastern part of Washington County, but the specific reason for the traffic stop remains undisclosed.
