Bhopal: A tragic incident unfolded on the Bhopal-Gwalior highway when a young man lost his life after being dragged behind a car for several kilometers. Two individuals have been arrested on murder charges in connection with the case.

According to the police, the incident occurred when two friends, who were reportedly intoxicated, ejected their third friend from the moving vehicle. The three friends were returning from a funeral program in Rajasthan at the time.
The victim, identified as 33-year-old Sandeep, tragically died after becoming entangled in the car’s seat belt during the ordeal. The Sehore police received a distress call around midnight on Saturday-Sunday, and they swiftly intervened, leading to the arrest of the two accused.
Further investigations revealed that an altercation took place between the trio after consuming food and alcohol during their journey. The two friends decided to remove Sandeep from the vehicle, unaware of the fatal consequences that would follow. They continued their journey to Bhopal without realizing the tragedy that had occurred.
Both suspects have been taken into custody and charged with murder.
