Two killed in collision between vehicles
Muzaffargarh, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 4th Dec, 2023) – Two people lost their lives in a tragic accident on Mianwali Road, Khanpur Bagga Sher. The incident occurred when a trailer collided with a cary van, resulting in the fatalities.

The accident was attributed to overspeeding and negligence on the part of the drivers involved. Aid workers promptly arrived at the scene with an ambulance from the nearby station situated at Khanpur Bagga Sher. They had to cut off the front part of the van to extricate the trapped victims from the driving cabin.
In a controversial move, the rescue staff decided to transport the bodies directly to their homes instead of the hospital, following resistance from the grieving family who wished to avoid the autopsy process. The police, upon arrival, took both vehicles into custody for further investigation.
The deceased have been identified as Muzammil, 21, son of Nasrullah, and Azmatullah, 22, son of Haq Nawaz. Sadar Police Station registered the case and began interviewing eyewitnesses to gather more information.
