40-Year-Old Man Brutally Murdered in Delhi for Failing to Repay Rs 1,500

A 40-year-old man in New Delhi was brutally murdered by his relative over a small debt of Rs 1,500. The victim, identified as Naresh, was a rag picker and was found dead in a room covered in blood.
