Three brothers were tragically killed in a head-on collision between a motorcycle and a truck on Sunday in Hyderabad. The accident took place on the Sakrand-Sarhari link road, instantly claiming the lives of the three siblings. The victims were identified as Shamman Khaskheli, 18, Gulsher Khaskheli, 40, and Munnawar Khaskheli, 24. Another brother sustained multiple injuries and was rushed to the tehsil hospital in Sakrand. The driver of the truck involved in the collision managed to flee the scene, but the police have impounded the truck and launched a search for the driver.
In a separate incident, the Hyderabad police shot dead a suspected outlaw, Imtiaz Jatoi, in an alleged encounter near Bismillah City in Latifabad. Jatoi was wanted by multiple police stations in connection with several robbery incidents. The police spokesman revealed that Jatoi’s involvement in the crimes was captured on CCTV footage from different robbery scenes. He also mentioned that Jatoi had been charged in 11 separate First Information Reports (FIRs) at various police stations in Qasimabad, Cantt, GOR, A-Section, and B-Section, as well as two police stations in Karachi. The body of the suspect was taken to Liaquat University Hospital for a medico-legal examination.
