Tractor Accident Claims One Life in Gorkha
GORKHA, Dec 3: One person has died and three others have been injured in a tragic tractor accident in Gorkha. The incident took place in the Silingdovan area of Shahid Lakhan Rural Municipality-3. The victim has been identified as 29-year-old Padam Bahadur Thapamagar.

According to the District Traffic Police Office in Gorkha, the injured individuals are Ram Bahadur Alemagar, 26, from Shahid Lakhan Rural Municipality-3, Pradip Aryal, 22, from Abukhaireni Rural Municipality of Tahanu, and tractor operator Bishwas Gurung, 35, from Gorkha Municipality-13. They have been transferred to a hospital in Chitwan for treatment.
In another unfortunate incident, a motorcyclist lost his life in a road accident in Saptari. The incident occurred in the Kadamaha area of Surunga Municipality-4. The victim has been identified as Mohamad Harun, 35.
The motorcyclist was hit by a truck that was traveling in the opposite direction along the East-West Highway. The impact of the collision resulted in his immediate death. The District Police Office in Saptari has taken the truck driver into custody for further investigation.
