In a recent court ruling on November 29, it was stated that the accused party had a motive to cause harm to the complainant party. The court made this observation while acknowledging that there was direct evidence against the accused, eliminating the need for the prosecution to prove motive. However, it was clear that the accused party had a motive due to a previous altercation that had taken place between the two parties during Holika Dahan, a Hindu ritual. The situation was defused at the time with the intervention of other villagers, but it seems that tensions remained.

The court further mentioned that the accused failed to provide any evidence to support their claim that they were falsely implicated in the case. As a result, the court found them guilty of the charges brought against them.

The court’s ruling signifies the importance of motive in a criminal case, even when direct evidence is present. It highlights the significance of past incidents and the potential for ongoing conflicts to influence the actions of individuals involved.

This verdict serves as a reminder that the justice system takes into account various aspects of a case to ensure a fair and accurate judgment. It also emphasizes the responsibility of the accused to provide substantial evidence to support their claims of innocence.

With this ruling, the court has brought closure to the case and delivered justice to the complainant party. The guilty individuals will now face the appropriate legal consequences for their actions, providing a sense of justice and closure to all parties involved.
