Stephen Marlow Accused of Murdering Four Neighbors in Butler Township

The man accused of killing four of his neighbors in Butler Township last year will be transferred from Montgomery County jail to Cincinnati. Stephen Marlow is facing charges for the murder of 82-year-old Clyde Knox, 78-year-old Eva Knox, 42-year-old Sarah Anderson, and her 15-year-old daughter, Kayla Anderson. Marlow has been ordered to receive treatment at Summit Behavioral Health in Roselawn.

Marlow has been charged with eight counts of murder, four counts of burglary, and one count of possessing weapons while being prohibited. Despite undergoing multiple competency exams, a Montgomery County judge determined that Marlow does not have an intellectual disability.
