Florence Police Investigating Apparent Murder-Suicide: Carole and George Fetters Found Dead

The Florence Police Department is currently investigating an apparent murder-suicide that occurred on Thursday, leaving two individuals dead. The incident took place in the 100 block of Tee Street, and officers were dispatched to the scene after a family member discovered two unresponsive individuals.

Upon arrival, officers found a female victim on the ground floor of the residence. She had sustained multiple gunshot wounds to the middle torso and was pronounced dead at the scene. The victim has been identified as Carole Fetters, 73 years old.
