In a harrowing incident earlier today, a Nigerian Air Force (NAF) helicopter crashed in Rivers State, putting the lives of all five crew members in grave danger. Miraculously, all crew members managed to cheat death and survive the crash.

The incident took place at noon, when the NAF helicopter was on a routine flight mission. The helicopter, which was identified as a NAF Mi-17, experienced a technical malfunction, causing it to crash in a remote area of Rivers State.

According to the NAF spokesperson, Air Commodore Edward Gabkwet, a swift rescue operation was launched immediately after the crash. The crew members were airlifted to a nearby hospital for medical evaluation and treatment. Although they sustained injuries ranging from minor to moderate, all crew members are reportedly in stable condition.
The cause of the crash is under investigation, and the NAF has assured the public that all necessary measures will be taken to prevent such incidents in the future.
