BEULAH, Ala. (WRBL) – A tragic incident occurred in Beulah, Alabama, on Thursday night, November 30, resulting in the death of an elderly man. According to Lee County investigators, a 31-year-old man allegedly shot and killed his own grandfather following an argument.
The Lee County Sheriff’s Office swiftly responded to a distress call from a residence in the Beulah community, located on Lee Road 390. Upon arriving at the scene, deputies discovered the lifeless body of 79-year-old Ralph Oneal Wilson. The victim’s grandson, identified as Wiltavious Tamario Wilson, was identified as the alleged perpetrator. It is believed that the two were engaged in a heated argument moments before the fatal shooting.

Law enforcement officials were able to recover the firearm that was allegedly used in the crime. Wiltavious Wilson has since been arrested and charged with Murder, which is considered a serious offense. He is currently being held without bail at the Lee County Detention Center.
