A second suspect has been arrested in connection with a shooting at a house party in Oakley, according to the Oakley Police Department. Sean Karp, 18, from Oakley, was arrested on Thursday in Brentwood. The shooting took place on October 21 and resulted in the death of a 16-year-old boy, as well as injuring three other teenagers aged between 15 and 17.
The first suspect, Jason Walizada, 18, from Antioch, was arrested on October 25 on Orange Way in Antioch. Karp’s arrest was made on Thursday on 2nd Street in Brentwood with assistance from the United States Marshal Service.

The victim of the shooting was identified as 16-year-old Ke’Marion Tucker, a resident of Brentwood and a student at Liberty High School. The Oakley Police Department expressed their condolences to Tucker’s family and acknowledged the profound loss they have experienced.
Oakley Police Department Chief Paul Beard stated, “I first want to acknowledge the family of the young man who lost his life in this horrible crime. I know nothing can replace what they have lost and there is a great sense of profoundness in their loss. I, along with all of the members of the Oakley Police Department, extend our condolences to the family.”
