CHURCH POINT, La. — The victim in a recent homicide in Church Point has been identified as Daryl Marcus Lewis, a 35-year-old resident of the town. The incident occurred in the 600 block of Martin Luther King Drive.
The Acadia Parish Sheriff’s Office has issued an arrest warrant for Quincy Mouton, a 30-year-old Church Point resident, for 2nd Degree Murder and Home Invasion in connection with the case. The investigation is ongoing, and authorities are urging anyone with information on Mouton’s whereabouts to come forward.
