22-Year-Old Chhatra League Activist Jewel Raja Killed by Miscreants in Chittagong

A 22-year-old Chhatra League activist was brutally murdered by unidentified criminals in the Natun Rasta area of Mirsharai upazila, Chittagong, on Wednesday night. The victim, identified as Jewel Raja, hailed from the Hadimusa area in ward 2 of Mithanala union.

According to Al Amin, the duty officer at Mirsarai police station, local witnesses reported that a group of miscreants attacked Jewel around 11:30 pm. They stabbed him multiple times and severed the tendons in his legs, inflicting critical injuries. Jewel was immediately rushed to the Mirsarai Upazila Health Complex, but unfortunately, the doctors declared him dead upon arrival.
