Webb, a resident of Eagleville, has been sentenced to up to 60 years in prison for the incident that occurred on March 21, 2022. Troopers Martin Mack and Branden Sisca were assisting pedestrian Reyes Rivera Oliveras in getting into their cruiser on Interstate 95 South near the Stadium Complex in South Philadelphia when the collision occurred. All three victims tragically lost their lives in the crash.

Investigations revealed that Webb had a blood alcohol concentration of .211% at the time of the accident, indicating that she was driving under the influence. District Attorney Larry Krasner emphasized that this incident could have been prevented and serves as a stark reminder of the dangers of drinking and driving.

During the sentencing, Webb’s attorney, Michael Walker, expressed his client’s devastation and sadness. He stated that Webb is not a violent criminal and deeply regrets her actions on that fateful day.

Trooper Mack had been serving on the force since November 2014, while Trooper Sisca had joined in February 2021. Their dedication and commitment to public safety were cut short due to this preventable tragedy.
