A 22-year-old law student reportedly died in Faridabad after jumping from the 13th floor of a building in Sector 46. The victim, identified as Divyanshu from Patna, did not leave a suicide note. The police are currently investigating the incident. Divyanshu lived with his mother in a rented flat on the 13th floor of Omaxe Society. His father had recently come to visit them from Patna, where he worked as a bank manager.
The tragic incident occurred at around 8 am while the family was sleeping. Divyanshu jumped from one of the windows, and people out for their morning walk witnessed the fall. He was immediately rushed to a nearby private hospital, where doctors declared him dead.

Preliminary investigations suggest that Divyanshu had been under significant mental stress for a while. According to residents of the society, Divyanshu and his mother had only moved into the apartment complex six months ago. The tragic incident has left the community in shock and mourning.
