A tragic incident occurred in South Pattaya on November 22 when a 25-year-old Indian tourist fell from the 45th floor of a condominium. The victim, identified as Mr. Afraim Joseph Pallinjaleel Joy, jumped from the balcony and landed in the garden on the 6th floor by the swimming pool. Sadly, he sustained severe injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The tourist and his friends were staying in a 46-story condominium in the South Pattaya area. According to the Pattaya Police Investigator, the victim had a disagreement with his partner back home, which led to the tragic event. He went to the balcony alone, climbed onto the edge, and jumped.

The victim’s friends, who were part of the tourist group, were shocked by the sudden and distressing incident. They cooperated with the police and provided statements to aid in the investigation.
