Gunmen Kill Young Man, Akpan, in Port Harcourt

Gunmen suspected to be cultists have killed a young man named Akpan in the Rumukalabo area of Port Harcourt, the capital city of Rivers State. The incident occurred on Wednesday night when Akpan was returning home after watching a football match. The gunmen, who had been following him, attacked him, shooting him twice in the neck at close range. They fled the scene immediately, leaving Akpan in a pool of blood.
