Two D.C. Teens Arrested for Armed Robberies, Third Suspect Still at Large

Two D.C. teenagers have been arrested for their alleged involvement in two armed robberies, leaving the victims without their property. The incidents occurred in the early hours of Tuesday morning, with the first robbery taking place at around 3:30 a.m. on 4th Street in Northeast. The victims reported that the robbers approached them, brandished handguns, and demanded their belongings. Before the victims could react, the robbers fled the scene with their stolen items.

Just ten minutes later, the same suspects targeted another victim on 7th Street. One of the suspects pulled out a handgun while the others took the victim’s property. The three suspects then escaped from the scene.

D.C. Police were able to apprehend two of the three suspects involved in the robberies. One of them was identified as 18-year-old Donnell Godfrey, while the other was a 17-year-old. Both individuals have been charged with several offenses, including carrying a pistol outside a home or business, possession of an unregistered firearm, and possession of unregistered ammunition.

Although the victims of both robberies mentioned three suspects, only two were arrested. The police have not released any information about the third suspect. The investigation into this case is still ongoing.
